If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, they may be returned within 14 days for a refund, excluding post and packing costs, provided the goods are unused and in its original packaging. This pledge is in addition to your statutory rights but excludes personalised products and, for hygiene purposes, earrings for pierced ears and other pierced body items.
. Faulty goods should be returned for refund or replacement. If you need to return a product please be aware, proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

· We may decline (without giving any reason) to accept an offer to purchase any of our products. Acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.
